Morgan and Debbie helped my wife and I to purchase a home in Smyrna when the realtor we were working with happened to be out of town when a house that appeared to meet most of our “wants” came on the market. We were moving to the area and flew in to give the property we were interested in a thorough look. Morgan basically spent the entire day with us as we went from the main floor to the basement and then back up numerous times during the nearly five hours we spent looking over the home. She then willingly went with us to show us several other homes that were on the market to help us get a better feel for the features and prices of other homes in the area. Upon deciding to make an offer, Debbie joined us by phone to help us work out the details of asking price, inspections, etc., advising us on what we could reasonably ask the sellers to pay for to help ensure that our offer was both considered seriously and, most important, had a very good likelihood of being accepted. These two ladies did a great job of pinch-hitting when we needed someone who could take the time and had the patience to answer a lot questions from a couple of “out of town era.”
